The Geneva-based company Frédérique Constant was founded in 1904, by Mr Constant Stas, and started out making printed clock dials for the watch industry. The company’s name was created from the amalgamation of two names, the company’s founders, Frédérique Schreiner (1881-1969) and Constant Stas (1880-1967).
The current Managing Director, Peter Stas, is a 4th generation descendant of Constant Stas and has continued to carry the family’s torch for producing exceptional timepieces. The company as it is today, was born in 1988, from the passion that Aletta and Peter Stas share for creating refined watches.
With a passion for innovative design and craftsmanship, Frédérique Constant has moved with the times and won an international reputation for producing luxury Swiss timepieces, for watch lovers and connoisseurs alike. The company invests massively in innovation to continually feed the creative process and ensure that their watches encompass outstanding technical features as well as aesthetic beauty. They use contemporary cutting-edge computer software in their design and development processes, and hand-assemble every piece. Automatic Double Heartbeat Watch
This beautiful rose gold-plated watch from the World Heart Federation collection, encompasses diamonds and mother of pearl detail. The rose gold-plated rotor is decorated with the World Heart Federation logo, beautiful sunray bridges and delicately engraved with “Hearts of Children.” The bezel is set with 48 sparkling diamonds, totalling 0.74 carat, and more diamonds are used as indexes, set on a vanilla dial with a guilloché World Heart Federation logo at its centre. The case diameter is 34 mm, and with a depth of just 9.9 mm, this watch will sit comfortably on the most feminine of wrists.
