Special Commissions
From commissioning your very own unique piece of jewellery, to remodelling a family heirloom that is never worn, our team of designers will submit professional drawings to your requirements, and then our goldsmith will create your special piece of jewellery.
Jewellery
Our workshop will carry out every day repairs to your jewellery including, ring sizing, soldering, replacing stones and repairing worn settings. From the simplest of solders to the most intricate of repairs we promise to take the utmost of care when repairing your jewellery.
Re-threading
We can rethread your pearl and bead necklaces, and at the same time as threading we can clean your pearls.
Valuations
Whilst you leave your jewellery with us, it is fully insured, and the valuation itself will be carried out by a National Association of Goldsmiths registered Valuer. We undertake valuations for both Probate & Insurance Replacement. As well as a comprehensive description you will also receive a photograph of each item.
Engraving
Our engravers offer a full engraving service, either by machine or hand. We also specialise in both line and reverse seal engraving.
Silverware & Silver Plate
We will refurbish anything from a leaking teapot and a damaged candelabrum or even the re-plating of a canteen of cutlery. Our silversmith will work meticulously bringing back your precious heirlooms to their former glory.
Watches
We can service all brands of watches by either using our own workshop, or in some cases returning your watch to the manufacturer. From a water resistance test to the restoration of an old worn dial our workshop can deal with most requests. Batteries are replaced on site whilst you wait.
Clocks & Barometers
Our clock maker will service your mechanical clock, lubricating it where necessary, replace any worn parts and then re-assemble the movement.
