Orders

All orders over £75 will be posted to you by Royal Mail special delivery. If your order is placed before 1pm then it will be dispatched the same day. Orders after 1pm will be posted the next day.

All orders under £75 will be £7.50 for Royal Mail special delivery or £4.95 for Royal Mail 1stClass signed for.

Orders under £75 and placed on a Friday will be £12 for Saturday guaranteed delivery.

International deliveries will be handled by DPD. Delivery costs and times will vary depending on location. If you would like an exact time frame before ordering please contact jack@allumandsidaway.co.uk

Please note:

Any orders placed for items that are out of stock will take longer to be dispatched. Delivery times will vary depending on the stock levels of our suppliers.

If an order has items that are in-stock and out-of-stock then the order will be dispatched when all items are in-stock.

Any items going to be re-sized will have a longer delivery time. We will aim to have these dispatched within 5 working days but times may vary depending on the time of year and the amount of work our workshop has.

Once the order has been dispatched it is in Royal Mails hands and we cannot guarantee deliveries arriving on time due to weather and other factors that can affect Royal Mails delivery systems.

Returns

If for any reason you are not happy with your item, then we will be happy to offer a full refund before 14 days from the purchase date. If you would like to return the item after this time frame, then we can offer an exchange for something of the same value before 30 days from the purchase date.

If you would like to return any item within the time frames stated above, then please make sure you have the original order confirmation email to hand.

Please note:

We cannot exchange or return items that have been altered in anyway.

We cannot exchange or return any type of earring due to health and safety reasons.

If we have altered a ring for you and it is still not fitting correctly please bring it in to store with the original order confirmation email and we will fit the ring correctly for you. If you cannot come in to store, then please email jack@allumandsidaway.co.uk and we will try our best to find a solution for you.
