Delivery

All orders over £100 will be posted to you by Royal Mail special delivery. If your order is placed before 1pm then it will be dispatched the same day. Orders after 1pm will be posted the next day.

All orders under £100 will be £8.00 for Royal Mail special delivery or £4.95 for Royal Mail 1st Class signed for.

Returns

If for any reason you are not happy with your item, then we will be happy to offer a full refund before 21 days from the purchase date. 

If you would like to return any item within the time frame stated above, then please make sure you have the original order confirmation email to hand.

You can purchase any item online by Click & Collect in all our jewellery stores. Salisbury,  Gillingham,  Shaftesbury,  Dorchester,  Ringwood and Plymouth. We require 3-5 working days from date of purchase for us to get the item into the store of your choice.

All the items shown on our website will be in stock. However, if there is a particular item, you would like that is showing as out of stock, please contact us and we will check if we have it in stock.

If not, we can always order it in for you to collect or send it out to you.
