Engagement Rings

I did a lot of research prior to finding Ivonna.
I had been googling, going into shops and had multiple design appointments and none of them made it feel as fun/a special event as the one with Ivonna. She asked all the right questions, took inspiration and came fully prepared with hand drawings of what soon became the perfect engagement ring. No other design appointment gave enough attention, or kept pushing stock rings
off the shelf. Couldn’t recommend her enough!

I visited the store today for the first time ever along with my mother to look at some engagement rings. We were greeted with Cathy. Who was fantastic she made me very welcome as I was very nervous . She had lots of amazing knowledge and knew her stuff. She made our experience very enjoyable. She gave me lots of time and I never felt rushed. I will definitely be returning to have a second look around soon. Thank so much to Cathy and her amazing who played a positive part in my experience.

Lovely, kind and helpful staff. Helped my husband pick the most beautiful engagement ring for me and then helped us choose our beautiful wedding bands. Their ring resizing was quick and perfect too! Thank you so much!

Absolutely great service from a lady called Tara! She helped me from start to finish with absolutely outstanding service! Not only did she help me design the engagement ring for my now fiancée but also guided me through every step and kept me updated through it all! Couldn’t ask for a better jeweller!
